Volunteer Parent Coaches: Pre-formed teams are encouraged to provide their own coaches. All parent coaches are welcome! All coaches MUST COMPLETE the Volunteer registration above.

Employed Coaching Staff: Teams who do not have a volunteer parent coach will be assigned coaches, who are primarily high school varsity football players.  League management will step in for guidance as needed.

Background Checks: All parent-volunteers will be required to complete an on-line background check, and take the Rutgers SAFETY course on youth coaching fundamentals.  Once you register to coach, you will receive an email to complete both requirements.  All background checks are valid for three years.
